And the winner is: Jeffrey D. Allred, Deseret News – single image , the floaters at camp

It’s a very sweet Americana moment. Congers up the lazy, innocent days of
camp. Photographer incorporated all the basics, strong composition and
controlling the mood despite shooting at the worst time of day for light.

There were a few single images that were in contention but the photo essays
were not focused enough to overtake a single entry.
